Service Description
Make each summer day count with Cedar Gate's Day Programs, running June through September, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM. Each week brings a new theme, from Art Week to Vet Week to Games Week, ensuring a summer packed with diverse interests and activities. Children will love interacting with farm animals, engaging in various farm tasks, and getting their hands dirty in the garden. It's the perfect blend of learning, play, and outdoor adventure for a memorable summer! 2025 Cedar Gate Farm Camp Themes and Dates: **PLEASE NOTE: When signing up for camp, the calendar will only display the first day (Monday). However, camp runs Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM for the entire week! June 23rd-27th: Vet Week Step into a vet’s boots! Campers will learn to care for farm animals, practice health checks, and try hands-on animal care. July 7th-11th: Olympic Week Let the farm games begin! Kids will compete in fun, farm-style Olympic events, focusing on teamwork and sportsmanship. July 22nd-25th: Farm-to-Table Week From garden to plate! Campers will harvest, collect eggs, and create simple farm-fresh snacks while learning where food comes from. August 18th-22nd: Mystery on the Farm Week Put on your detective hat! Campers will solve farm-themed mysteries, go on scavenger hunts, and uncover hidden clues in a week full of adventure. September 1st-5th: Barnyard Builders Week Time to build! Campers will tackle hands-on farm projects like crafting birdhouses and small animal shelters.

Cancellation Policy
Cedar Gate Farm Summer Day Camp Cancellation Policy At Cedar Gate Farm, we understand that plans can change, and flexibility is important for our families. To accommodate unforeseen circumstances, we have established the following cancellation policy for our Summer Day Camp: Cancellation Deadline: Families may cancel their camp registration up to 5 days before the start date of their scheduled camp session. To do so, please notify us in writing via email or postal mail to ensure that your cancellation request is properly documented and processed. Refund Policy: Cancellations made by the specified deadline (5 days before the camp start date) are eligible for a full refund. We appreciate as much notice as possible to offer the spot to another camper on our waiting list. Late Cancellation: Any cancellation requests received less than 5 days prior to the start of the camp session will not be eligible for a refund due to the costs incurred in preparation for the camp and the challenges of filling the spot on short notice. Alternative Option: While a refund may not be possible for late cancellations, we understand the value of the camp experience for your child. Therefore, we offer the option to transfer your child to another camp session within the same summer season, subject to availability. This allows your child to still enjoy our camp experience, even if your original plans change. Please note that the ability to transfer to another session is contingent on there being available space in the desired session. We encourage you to contact us as soon as possible to discuss available options. We hope this policy provides clarity and flexibility for your summer planning.
