Cancellation Policy

Cedar Gate Farm Sourdough Class Cancellation Policy At Cedar Gate Farm, we understand that plans can change and flexibility is important. To accommodate unforeseen circumstances, we have established the following cancellation policy for our Sourdough Class Series: Cancellation Deadline Participants may cancel their registration up to 5 days before the start date of their scheduled class series. To do so, please notify us in writing via email to ensure your cancellation request is properly documented and processed. Refund Policy Cancellations made at least 5 days prior to the first class session are eligible for a full refund. We appreciate as much notice as possible so that we can offer the spot to another participant on our waiting list. Late Cancellation Any cancellation received less than 5 days prior to the start of the first class will not be eligible for a refund due to the costs incurred in preparation, supplies purchased, and the challenge of filling the spot on short notice. Transfer Option While a refund may not be possible for late cancellations, we offer the option to transfer your registration to a future sourdough class within the same season, subject to availability. This allows you to still enjoy the experience even if your original plans change. Please note that transfers are only possible if there is available space in the desired class session. We encourage you to contact us as soon as possible to discuss your options.
